A little sister to the world renowned Burgess Fruit Washer. Designed to give a throughput of 272 Kilos (600lbs) to 456 Kilos (1000lbs) per hour.

Hygienic construction - stainless steel with nickel coated parts and polycarbonate guards.

Ideal for the baker who requires washed Raisins, Currants, Sultanas and other dried fruits.

Readily strips down with most major parts removeable for ease of cleaning.

Can be used in conjunction with a free standing breaker unit.
