Double Billet Conveyor



This machine gives a continuous 17" width of pastry with thicknesses from 0.75" to 3.25." The pastry mix is fed from two large capacity low level hoppers (each 240lbs). The pastry can be extruded at a maximum combined thickness and cut to give a plain billet or extruded at a given thickness and folded to the desired number of layers. This system allows the billets to be pinned immediately.

The machine is also available with an Automatic Layering System.
