Autoreel

Proven for high volume production - reduces billets of up to 160lbs / 73kg to specified thickness. Ideally suited to automatic pastry make-up lines.

Features automatically controlled pinning rollers, conveyors, flour dusting and lubrication. Large in- feed aperture, diametered pinning rollers.

Turntable rotates through 180 degrees - the dusted side becoming the underside.

Lapping unit fitted to relax pastry.

Automatically handles high volume production to make-up lines.

Stainless steel finish. Models for pastry width 24" / 61cm, 30" / 76cm, 32" / 81cm.

Also available in this range is the Autolap, a machine with all the features of the Autoreel but with the added advantages of a pastry lapping system. This consists of a turntable that rotates through 180 degrees leaving the dusted side of the pastry as the underside, and a reciprocating table to layer the pastry onto boards thus relaxing it and making it easier to handle large volumes.
