Also available in this range is the Autolap, a machine with all the features of the Autoreel but with the added advantages of a pastry lapping system. This consists of a turntable that rotates through 180 degrees leaving the dusted side of the pastry as the underside, and a reciprocating table to layer the pastry onto boards thus relaxing it and making it easier to handle large volumes.
